The Pompidou Center! I remember it from when Ron and I were in Paris. I didn't remember the name of it, but I recognize it from your photo. When we were there, it must have been Sept of 1999, because they had a digital display outside the center, near those stairs, and were counting down the hours/minutes, seconds to Y2K.
